Baby Blalock

With my first I didn't get an ultrasound until it was time to find out the gender. I was super surprised to get an ultrasound at my first exam. I was 11 weeks then and I'm 12w 3d now. I'm amazed that the baby already looked like a baby!

There was a mere millisecond where I sat there and hoped with all I had that there was a heart beat. The VERY second the baby showed up on the screen I could see him/her wiggling and dancing about. Tears came instantly and soon after a rapid heart beat of 180 filled my ears. Dru was so in awe. It was the sweetest thing. He spoke quietly and whispered the word "baby". It was a wonderful moment!
