Titanic Museum

My favorite stop thus far during our vacation has been the Titanic Museum! Wow! It was amazing. They didn't allow pictures inside which has angered me, but I shall talk about it: they recreated everything and they have actual found artifacts everywhere! They assign each person a Titanic passenger at the register and in the last room of the tour you find out if your person survived. Husband and son got assigned first and second class folks and I got a third class 22 yr old woman. Her actual purse was in the first gallery so I had little hope she made it. She proved me wrong though and fought her way through the maze of 3rd class corridors and gates. My boys' characters didn't fare so well. They perished in the boat that early April morning. Very sad. I love every thing I read about the Titanic. Shhh, don't tell anyone but I teared up three times throughout the museum. There are so many more amazing stories other than Jack and Rose! Every one on that ship had a back story and a reason to be on the. boat.
