More Counter Space Please!

While husband gets his graduate degree we live with less in a small apartment. I think it's around 800 square feet. One day I decided that I was going to get more counter space no matter what it took. Luckily, just before I tossed the microwave out of desperation I thought of this. It is simply a piece of wood, sanded and painted/ sealed. It stands up straight and out of the way when not in use. Someday I'll put some hardware on it so that it will hang on the wall. That day is not today.
